ph8889 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "ph8889" / "Platform" — refers to the online gaming and sports betting website operated at ph8889.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" / "User" — any individual who creates a registered account on ph8889 or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" — the unique personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Wallet Balance" — the real-money balance held in a Player's ph8889 account, comprising deposits and winnings net of withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by ph8889 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process, including document submission and review.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Services" — all gaming, sports betting, and ancillary services provided through the ph8889 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph8889 platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction;

• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

ph8889 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines. No person under the age of 21 may register an account or access any real-money gaming services on ph8889. This requirement is enforced through KYC document verification prior to first withdrawal. ph8889 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be permanently closed without prior notice, and any wallet balance will be returned to the original deposit source after deduction of any bonuses received.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph8889 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph8889 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph8889 may, at its sole discretion: suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void any bets placed or winnings generated across those accounts, and forfeit any bonus funds credited. 3.3 Registration Information

When registering on ph8889, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement. ph8889 reserves the right to verify all registration information against government-issued identification documents including, but not limited to, UMID, PhilSys ID, SSS ID, Philippine passport, and driver's license.

3.4 KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal from ph8889. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered GCash account). ph8889 will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful KYC completion.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph8889 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph8889 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify ph8889 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ph8889 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

4.2 Account Suspension & Closure

ph8889 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity is suspected; the Player is found to be ineligible; or as required by law or regulatory direction. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any remaining wallet balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. ph8889 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 to inactive accounts with a wallet balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the Player's registered email address. Once a balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ph8889 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter (OTC) channels. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your ph8889 wallet within minutes. ph8889 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees which are beyond ph8889's control.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ph8889 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. ph8889 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on ph8889 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). ph8889 does not accept or process foreign currencies directly.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph8889 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. ph8889 may delay, block, or reverse transactions and file reports with the relevant authorities where suspicious activity is identified. Large or unusual withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence before processing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by ph8889 are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph8889 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• The standard wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (after meeting rollover requirements) may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• ph8889 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordination with other players to guarantee bonus outcomes, or any other form of promotional abuse, is strictly prohibited. ph8889 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close accounts where promotional abuse is detected.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ph8889 are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on ph8889:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ph8889 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except as required by applicable law or as expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• ph8889 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrectly displayed odds due to technical malfunction.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply per game, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be amended by ph8889 at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Any conduct that ph8889 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its players, or the integrity of its games.

9. Responsible Gaming

ph8889 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment, and we provide tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

All registered players on ph8889 may access the following responsible gaming tools from their Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — receive alerts or automatic logout after a set period of continuous play.

• Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from ph8889 for periods of 30, 90, or 365 days. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed early.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8889 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform; any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ph8889's reasonable control; or any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

ph8889's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Privacy

ph8889 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on ph8889, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph8889 does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data only as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain the security of the Platform.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph8889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph8889 will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the ph8889 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ph8889 operates in alignment with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming platforms serving players in the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph8889 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation.
